WE HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH CREWS BEING LATE OR BEING SHORT, HOW DO YOU PREVENT THIS? 

On larger jobs we will often provide extra stagehands at our own expense, and on all jobs, we have a comprehensive confirmation system that keeps us up to date with all employees that are booked on a job.  This system has led to a very high rate of employees being in place and ready to work on time.

We provide a crew chief or a call steward on every job that will be your dedicated point of contact.  This crew chief is not only in charge of keeping the crew working, but also monitoring their professionalism and quickly addressing any issues should they ever arise. 

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID PROCEDURES 

Our owners / management team have all completed Covid Compliance Officer training and certification.  Our on site crew chief / steward is in charge of compliance for our crews.  We not only follow all CDC recommended procedures, but we also exceed them by providing new masks before every shift and after meal breaks, hand sanitizer, and implement procedures that help prevent the spread of COVID 19 such as temperature checks and social distancing.

THIS IS A LAST-MINUTE REQUEST, HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU PUT A CREW TOGETHER? 

A large percentage of our jobs are last minute bookings, so we have quite a bit of experience putting together a crew in the last minute.  One thing we will always promise is honesty, and if it is not possible for us to get a crew together in time, we will let you know up front as opposed to leaving you hanging.
